Payment Options

Thank you for choosing Mach Dentistry for your dental care. For your convenience, we accept most PPO insurance plans and will be happy to help you understand the coverage that you have. We will do our best to see that you receive your maximum insurance benefits for all covered services. Please note that dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your care. In Florida, most dental insurance plans include co-insurance, a deductible, and other expenses that are not covered.

You should be aware that the total fee, regardless of your insurance, is ultimately your responsibility. CareCredit — for fees $300 and up

This option allows you to quickly apply through our office. CareCredit has interest-free plans. CareCredit offers a 3-month plan on any amount over $300.00; a 6-month plan on any amount over $700.00; and up to 12 months on any amount over $1,000.00. We will assist you in filling out the appropriate paperwork or you can call 800-365-8295 or go online at www.carecredit.com.

Lending Club — for fees $20,000 and up

With fast approval online Lending Club specializes exclusively in helping patients with larger dental cases to have the treatment they want. Lending Club offers various finance options including fixed interest rates that can extend up to 60 months. There is no prepayment penalty. We will assist you in the approval process in our office or you can call or go online at www.lendingclub.com

Dental Insurance Policy

It is our pleasure to submit your insurance claims for you when we can. It is our office policy to receive payment for services no later than the date of service. If balances are left unpaid for more than 60 days, there maybe a finance charge. We accept most major credit cards, as well as personal checks and cash.
